These terms apply whenever you request a quote, book a job, or otherwise engage Apex Property Repairs (ABN 84 688 117 099, “we”, “us”). By asking us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we inspect the property or begin the job.

Bookings and scheduling

We’ll agree on a date and time for the work when you book. Access to the property and a safe working area must be provided at the agreed time. Delays caused by site access, weather, or circumstances outside our control may affect scheduling.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, card, and cash. Payment terms (including any deposit) are confirmed at the time of quoting. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work.

Workmanship and insurance

We carry out all work to a professional standard and hold $20M public liability insurance. If you believe work has not been completed to a reasonable standard, contact us promptly so we can assess and, where appropriate, rectify it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected work or refunding the amount paid for it.
